Recently, Kuer Group held an employee conference, officially sounding the clarion call for the work plan and key deployment for 2025. This conference not only gathered the consensus and strength of all employees, but also inspired everyone's infinite vision and passion for the future.

The conference opened with warm applause. Mr. Li spoke first. His speech was like a spring breeze, warming people's hearts and inspiring them. Mr. Li profoundly elaborated on the strategic goal of the group's development in 2025, emphasizing that every employee is an indispensable force to achieve this goal. He clearly pointed out that in the new year, every employee should not only do their job well, but also be brave to innovate and dare to "change" - find opportunities in changes and improve themselves in changes. Mr. Li's words inspired every Cooler person and made everyone full of confidence in the future.

Then, the production department manager introduced the subsequent work plan of the production department. In order to further improve production efficiency and product quality, the production department will introduce a performance appraisal mechanism, and include scrap rate, consumables management and other contents into the appraisal scope. This measure aims to enhance the flexibility of production control and ensure that every link can be improved.

 

Afterwards, the managers of the Finance Department, Human Resources and Administration Department, and Warehousing Department explained and arranged the work priorities of each department. She pointed out that the Finance Department will strengthen tax management and improve tax planning capabilities in the new year to provide solid financial support for the steady development of the company; the Human Resources and Administration Department will be committed to enhancing employees' sense of belonging and happiness in 2025, and through a series of humanistic care measures, let every Kuer person feel the warmth of home, thereby stimulating team cohesion and creativity; the Warehousing Department will strengthen inventory accuracy, optimize logistics processes, ensure the efficient operation of the supply chain, and further improve the efficiency of warehousing management and service quality.
